What clients say

What the people we serve say.

I worked with Ben on 360 tours of six health and wellness facilities at YMCA Calgary, about a million square feet in total, with the flagship Seton location the largest. From coordinating four weeks of photoshoots to delivering an exceptional product, he provided real insight and leadership. His branded custom tours are visually stunning, interactive, and take it to the next level.
Chase Mckort, YMCA Calgary Verified Google review
Ben was responsive from the start: providing quotes, drafting contracts, and capturing photos quickly. The photos were well organized and easy to navigate, and he worked with multiple partners on our end to host and share the finished campus tour. Personable, patient, and supportive at every stage.
Janelle Therien, college campus tour Verified Google review
Our last project together had incredible results: a 7% improvement in bounce rate, 30 seconds more time on site, and best of all, doubled leads from the client's website. Great pricing, amazing service, and a really great product.
Marketing agency partner Verified Google review
360 Vid created virtual tours of our senior subsidized housing suites so people could see the floor plan concepts at each of our nine buildings. Accommodating and professional throughout. Highly recommend.
Calgary Heritage Housing, nine buildings Verified Google review
My go-to partner for 360 virtual tours, Google Street View tours, and VR tours. The team is thoughtful and understands business goals well. I don't hesitate to recommend them.
Amanda Thomas, marketing agency Verified Google review
Incredibly professional and helpful. The virtual tour gave prospective clients and walk-ins a great deal of information, and I love that there are actionable items on the walk-through for engagement and sales opportunities.

The right value

Why $7,000, not $700 (and not $30,000).

A cheap photo shoot leaves you with files, not an asset. Cloud 3D locks your data away at a premium. We sit in the middle, where the value is.

The cheap option
A $700 photo shoot

You get photos, not an asset.

  • One-off and inconsistent
  • No accessibility, no schema
  • No maintained host
  • No procurement paperwork
360 Vid 360 photo tour
From $7,000

A documented, navigable asset that lasts.

  • Delivered to a procurement standard
  • Consistent capture, WCAG accessible, schema
  • Maintained host, insured and WCB covered
  • References, Canadian owned and operated, air-gap optional
  • Built by veteran software architects, embeddable in your site and tools
The expensive option
Cloud 3D / LiDAR scan

Costly and lock-in, for $$$ and up.

  • Expensive per site
  • Cloud-only lock-in, your data on their cloud
  • Specular dropout on reflective and process surfaces
  • Overkill for showing and documenting a space

360 photo is the right tool at the right price: premium where it matters, without 3D's cost and lock-in.

Already invested in 3D or LiDAR? We complement it: GPS-anchored 360 photo that ties into Navisworks and your BIM, so you get presentation-grade visuals on top of your scan data.

A different deliverable

360 photo, not a cloud point cloud.

A 360 photo tour records exactly what the camera sees: navigable, accessible, fast to capture, and deliverable on-premise with no cloud at all. Cloud 3D scanning is a different tool for a different job.

On reflective process steel, polished surfaces, and glass, laser point clouds drop out and add phantom points. A 360 photo records the real scene. When a millimetre engineering model is the goal, that is a separate, specialized deliverable, and we will say so.

Air-gapped delivery is the wedge a cloud-only platform cannot match: your facility imagery never leaves your site.

360 photo virtual tour

  • On-premise, no-cloud, air-gap option
  • Records reflective steel and glass
  • Faster and lower cost per site
  • Accessible and easy to navigate

Cloud 3D scanning

  • Typically cloud-hosted only
  • Dropout on specular surfaces
  • Higher cost and slower capture
  • Best when a metric model is required
Quality and capability

The highest-quality 360 tours in Canada, and the smartest budget.

Premium resolution where detail earns its keep, efficient capture where it does not, anchored to real location data, and built to work alongside the 3D you already own.

The best 360 photo quality in Canada

When you need extreme detail, showrooms, heritage spaces, investor-facing facilities, we capture at the highest resolution available, from 4K to 16K per panorama, and beyond on request. The best 360 photo quality in Canada.

Detail where it matters, value where it does not

We use efficient lower-resolution capture for high-volume, low-detail spaces (roads, hallways, corridors) to keep your budget sensible, and reserve premium high-res for the spaces that count. You pay for detail where it matters.

GPS-anchored

Every tour is GPS-anchored for accurate location and mapping, so each scene sits exactly where it belongs.

Works with your 3D, not against it

We tie into systems like Navisworks and your BIM, complementing the 3D and LiDAR scans you may already have. 360 photo and your 3D, together.

A quieter footprint

The low-carbon way to document and show your facility.

One capture replaces dozens of trips. A 360 photo tour is a lighter, greener way to let people experience a space, and a real differentiator for ESG-minded organizations.

Fewer flights and drives. One capture lets head office, funders, boards, contractors, inspectors, and the public experience the space without travelling to site.

Fewer repeat site visits. A maintained tour cuts in-person walkthroughs for orientation, planning, and review.

Lighter than cloud 3D. No energy-heavy cloud rendering or video streaming. Lighter files that load fast and use less power.

Supports ESG and accessibility goals. A documented, WCAG accessible asset that fits sustainability and reporting commitments.

Even our scoping is low-impact. We scope most projects over a quick recorded smartphone walkthrough call, no site visit required, which saves gas and time while staying accurate.

One asset, reused widely. The same tour serves your website, Google, training, and board updates, so the carbon of a single shoot does the work of many.

Capture grade

See the difference in capture grade.

A real 360 Vid capture at 8K, sharp on every detail A typical 1K 360 capture, soft and blurry Typical 1K 360 360 Vid 8K

Capture resolution is everything in 360, because a viewer only ever sees a slice of the sphere at a time, so low-grade 360 looks soft up close. Drag the divider on this real 360 Vid capture: a typical low-resolution 360 is blurry, while our capture stays crisp on the wood grain, the screens, and the fine detail. Most eyes cannot tell past 8K, so 8K is our standard for on-screen tours; we also shoot 12K and 16K for large-format, 200 inch and larger display walls.

Honest, starting-at pricing

Built to qualify, not to surprise.

Transparent floors so you know if we fit before the first call. Multi-site programs are scoped per facility through procurement. The Scope your tour tool turns these into an estimate for your situation.

How we price

We price per photo, by the quality grade we prescribe and the risk of the capture, not per square foot. Per-square-foot firms and cloud 3D scanners capture everything every few feet, including bathrooms, storage closets and dead space, which inflates the bill and clutters the tour. With 360 Vid you pay only for the spaces that matter, at the grade and access they need.

Questions, answered

Frequently asked questions.

What is a 360 photo virtual tour used for?
It is a documented, navigable record of a real space. Organizations use one capture for facility and asset documentation, recreation bookings, procurement and accessibility, ESG and investor relations, training and worker education, and marketing and Google presence.
How do you scope a project without visiting?
We scope most projects over a quick recorded smartphone walkthrough call. You walk us through the space on video, and we often add detail together with you: share floorplans or satellite images marked up with dots, labels, and notes that show the buildings, roads, paths, and spaces that matter. We return an accurate, starting-at estimate. No site visit required, which saves gas and time.
Are the tours accessible and WCAG conformant?
Yes. Tours are built to WCAG 2.1 AA, with accessible navigation and schema, and they are fully mobile friendly, so anyone can explore them on a phone, tablet, or desktop. They meet public-sector accessibility and procurement requirements.
Can the tour be delivered without cloud hosting (data residency)?
Yes. Depending on the project scope, we can deliver a self-hosted package you run on your own infrastructure, or for the strictest sites an on-premise, single tenant, air-gapped tour. Either way nothing lives on a third-party cloud and your facility imagery stays under your control. It is an optional capability, not a constraint on standard projects.
How is this different from cloud 3D scanning or 3D laser scanning?
A 360 photo tour records exactly what the camera sees: navigable, accessible, fast to capture, and deliverable with no cloud at all. Cloud 3D scanning is typically cloud-only, costs more, drops out on reflective steel and glass, and is overkill when the goal is to show and document a space. When a millimetre engineering model is required, that is a separate, specialized deliverable.
Who updates the virtual tour, you or us?
We do, every time. Updates to a tour we host are handled by our team, so quality control is maintained and there are no errors, period. You tell us what changed and we make the change. You are never left editing a tour yourself, risking a broken hotspot, a misplaced label, or a dead link.
Where can I see more of your virtual tour work?
Most of the tours we deliver are private to our clients and their facilities, often security sensitive, so we do not post a public gallery. The two tours you can explore on this page are public showcase examples. If you would like to see more, we are glad to walk you through relevant work on a quick scoping call, matched to your sector and the kind of space you want captured.
What does it cost?
Single facilities start from $7,000, captured, produced, and hosted. Public-sector and commercial programs run $15k to $50k+ across multiple sites. Industrial pilots are scoped individually. The Scope your tour tool returns an estimate for your situation.
Start with a pilot

Start with a pilot, then roll it out across your locations.

Run a pilot 360 tour at one facility, see the result with your team, then roll it out across all your locations. Most public-sector and multi-site buyers start with one site and expand. We confirm scope honestly and deliver an accessible, procurement-ready 360 photo tour, with an air-gapped no-cloud option for secure sites.
