What it is

The building blocks of a virtual tour.

A 360 photo is a single high-resolution equirectangular still that records an entire space in every direction at once, floor to ceiling, wall to wall. Stand inside it and look anywhere, exactly as the camera saw the room.

Each photo is GPS-anchored so it sits precisely where it belongs on a map and in the tour. Connect a set of them with navigation and hotspots and you have a custom 360 virtual tour: a documented, navigable asset your teams reuse across operations, communications, and procurement.

Most projects start here. The photos are the raw material; the tour is what we build from them.

What you get in each 360 photo

  • High-resolution equirectangular still, full sphere
  • GPS-anchored to its real location
  • Consistent, professional capture across the site
  • Ready to assemble into a navigable tour

What we build from them

Quality and grade

Adaptive resolution: detail where it matters, value where it does not.

We match the capture grade to the space. Premium high-resolution where fine detail earns its keep, showrooms, heritage spaces, investor-facing facilities, and efficient capture where it does not, like corridors and roads. You pay for detail where it counts, and your budget stays sensible everywhere else.

Resolution is only half of it. Our captures are clean where most are not: no tripod in the shot, no zenith or nadir distortion at the top and bottom of the sphere, and no soft, blurry edges. Most 360 photos ship with a warped, low-resolution blur, especially overhead and underfoot. Ours read crisp and professional, corner to corner.

Premium high-resolution where it counts

When you need extreme detail, we capture at the highest resolution available, from 4K to 16K per panorama, and beyond on request. The best 360 photo quality in Canada, reserved for the spaces that have to impress.

Efficient capture where it does not

Corridors, hallways, and roads do not need ultra-high resolution. We capture them efficiently so high-volume, low-detail spaces never inflate your bill. Adaptive resolution, by design.

GPS-anchored, every frame

Every 360 photo is GPS-anchored for accurate location and mapping, so each scene sits exactly where it belongs in the tour and on Google.

One consistent standard

Across a single room or a full roster of buildings, every photo is captured to one professional standard, so the finished tour reads as one coherent asset.

Capture grade

See the difference in capture grade.

A real 360 Vid capture at 8K, sharp on every detail A typical 1K 360 capture, soft and blurry Typical 1K 360 360 Vid 8K

Capture resolution is everything in 360, because a viewer only ever sees a slice of the sphere at a time, so low-grade 360 looks soft up close. Drag the divider on this real 360 Vid capture: a typical low-resolution 360 is blurry, while our capture stays crisp on the wood grain, the screens, and the fine detail. Most eyes cannot tell past 8K, so 8K is our standard for on-screen tours; we also shoot 12K and 16K for large-format, 200 inch and larger display walls. We match the grade to the space: efficient where fine detail does not matter, and ultra-high resolution where it counts.

Honest, starting-at pricing

Priced per photo, not per square foot.

We price per professional 360 photo, and the rate scales with two things: the quality grade we prescribe for the space, and the risk of capturing it. A standard interior is the base rate. Working at height, hazardous or live environments, confined spaces, and escorted secure access each carry a multiplier. You pay for the spaces that matter, at the grade and the access they require. The Scope your tour tool turns these floors into an estimate for your situation.

Questions, answered

360 photography questions.

How much does a 360 photo cost?
The base rate is $110 per professional 360 photo, GPS-anchored and tour-ready. Two things scale it: the quality grade we prescribe for the space, and the risk of the capture, such as working at height, in hazardous or live environments, in confined spaces, or under escorted secure access. A starter tour bundles 5 standard-grade photos ($550) inside the $7,000 floor, alongside the $5,000 custom tour and first-year hosting. Larger counts, higher grades, and higher-risk captures move to a scoped quote.
What resolution are the photos?
We use adaptive resolution. Spaces that need to impress are captured at the highest resolution available, up to ultra grade, while high-volume, low-detail spaces like corridors and roads are captured efficiently. You pay for detail where it matters, and we match the grade to each space.
Will you tell me what cameras you use?
No. What matters to your project is the deliverable: consistent, professional, GPS-anchored 360 photography at the grade each space needs, produced to a procurement standard. We are happy to show you real published captures so you can judge the quality directly.
How many photos do I need?
It depends on the size of the space and how much you want a visitor to be able to walk through. A small clinic might need a handful of photos; a recreation centre or showroom needs more. A starter tour includes 5 photos. Tell us about the space in the Scope your tour tool and we return a photo count and estimate.
Can these photos become a full virtual tour?
Yes. The photos are the building blocks. We connect them with navigation and hotspots into a custom 360 virtual tour, and publish them to Google as a Google Street View tour. The result is a WCAG accessible, schema-rich, hosted asset ready for your website and procurement.
