Supplier credentials

Vendor-ready before the first call.

The paperwork your procurement and safety teams need, current and available on request. We respond to supplier portals and RFP requirements without slowing your file down.

Insurance

$5M Commercial General Liability and Errors and Omissions coverage. Certificate of insurance provided on request, naming your organization where required.

WCB coverage

Workers' Compensation Board coverage in Alberta and Saskatchewan, active and in good standing. Clearance letters provided on request.

ISN registration

Registered with ISN for contractor safety and compliance prequalification, so we can be onboarded through the supplier networks many facilities require.

References available on request

Public-sector and commercial references, including municipal, federal, and recreation clients, supplied on request to support your evaluation.

Canadian-owned and delivered

360 Vid Inc. is Canadian-owned and operates from Calgary, Alberta. Capture, production, and hosting are delivered in Canada, with Canadian data residency available.

Accessibility

Built to be accessible, and to make spaces more accessible.

We deliver WCAG-minded tours that meet public-sector accessibility and procurement requirements. Just as important, a 360 photo tour is itself an accessibility tool: it lets people experience a space without having to be in it.

WCAG-minded delivery

Tours are built to WCAG 2.0 AA, with accessible navigation, keyboard support, and schema, so they satisfy supplier portals and accessibility policy.

Pre-visit orientation

People with mobility, sensory, or anxiety needs can preview a building before they arrive, find entrances and amenities, and plan a visit with confidence.

Wayfinding

Hotspots and labelled scenes help visitors and staff navigate complex facilities, reducing confusion and the need for in-person guidance.

Reduced need to travel

A documented tour lets the public, boards, and staff experience a space without travelling to site, which removes a real barrier for many people.

Accessibility statement

We are committed to accessible delivery. Our tours target WCAG 2.0 AA with accessible navigation, descriptive text, and structured data, and we work with your team to meet provincial and federal accessibility obligations. A full accessibility statement and conformance summary are available on request to support your procurement file.

Data residency and security capability

An air-gapped, no-cloud option for the strictest sites.

Most clients are well served by our standard Canadian-hosted delivery. For the minority whose security policy forbids facility imagery on a third-party cloud, we offer a premium capability: an on-premise, single-tenant, air-gapped deliverable. This is an option for the sites that need it, not a requirement for everyone.

On-premise, single tenant

The tour runs entirely on your hardware or network. No third-party cloud, no shared tenancy. Your facility imagery never leaves your control.

Air-gapped, no cloud

For the strictest environments we deliver a fully air-gapped tour with no internet dependency, so nothing about your site is exposed to the public internet.

Canadian data residency

Standard projects are hosted in Canada. Where residency is a hard requirement, we confirm where your data lives in writing as part of the contract.

For regulated environments

Suited to defence, energy, and regulated facilities where imagery on a public cloud is not permitted. We have documented sites for the Department of National Defence.

One-page summary

The capability statement, in one page.

A single-page summary of who we are and what we carry, formatted for your supplier file and easy to forward to legal, security, and procurement.

What the one-pager covers

Company profile and legal name, $5M CGL and E&O insurance, WCB coverage in Alberta and Saskatchewan, ISN registration, WCAG accessibility approach, the air-gapped no-cloud delivery option, references available on request, and our NAP and contact details. Everything a buyer needs to qualify us at a glance. You can request the capability statement for your supplier file, or download the one-pager as a PDF.
